The Bible Words for Unbelievers

1. What is man?
2. The Authority of Death and Hades
3. The Condition for Eternal Life
4. The Mission of Olive Tree
5. Who is the Olive Tree?

1. What is man?

Man was created by God.
Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." (Gen.1:26)
However he fell into temptation of a serpent and ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
"You will not surely die," the serpent said to the woman. "For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil." When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. (Gen.3:4-6)
Due to this, Adam and Eve were expelled from God’s world.
And the LORD God said, "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever." So the LORD God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life. (Gen.3:22-24)
Expelled Adam and his descendants belonged to the devil and got to live under the rule of the devil.
The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. And he said to him, "I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. So if you worship me, it will all be yours." (Luke4:5-7)

2. The Authority of Death and Hades

The devil came to dominate human because of sin.
Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned- (Rom.5:12)
With sin, nobody could escape from the devil.
He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work. (1John3:8)
Thus after death, people are dragged by the devil having the power of death to Hades the world of the devil and live there. In the Bible it says that Hades is following behind Death.
I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. (Rev.6:8)
Because of that, after the destruction of the devil, the dead will come out from Hades and be judged.
The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire. (Rev.20:13-15)
At that time, Hades also will be thrown into the lake of fire, and those whose name will be not found written in the book of life also will be thrown into the lake of fire.

3. The Condition for Eternal Life

Then what do we have to do not to go into the lake of fire? Jesus said that without eating his flesh and drinking his blood we have no life in us.
Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. (John6:53)
Jesus’ words mean he would be sacrificed on the cross with tearing his flesh and bleeding. From his sacrifice, a fountain to cleanse us from sin was opened.
And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son. (Zech.12:10)

On that day a fountain will be opened to the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity. (Zech.13:1)
In the words above, “they will look on me, the one they have pierced” means Jesus on the cross. Therefore we can know on the day Jesus would be crucified, the fountain to cleanse us from sin would be opened. This prophecy was given 520 years before Jesus was born in this world. It was possible because Jesus had been in the spiritual world before he was born. It shows Jesus knew why he had to be crucified.
Therefore Jesus promised he would give the living water when he was alive.
Jesus answered, "Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life." (John4:13-14)
On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." (John7:37-38)

4. The Mission of Olive Tree

Jesus was crucified and went up to heaven but he didn’t give the living water during 2,000 years. However God predestined the living water is not to be given by Jesus but by olive trees.
Again I asked him, "What are these two olive branches beside the two gold pipes that pour out golden oil?" ... So he said, "These are the two who are anointed to serve the Lord of all the earth." (Zech.4:12-14)
Two olive trees are prophesied to deliver golden oil, and this golden oil means Jesus’ blood. In the book of Revelation, Jesus also prophesied olive trees will deliver his blood.
These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth. ... These men have power to shut up the sky so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want. (Rev.11:4-16)
In this words, Jesus said two olive trees will turn the waters into blood. This blood indicates Jesus’ blood, and this shows symbolically olive trees will deliver the living water which was created from Jesus’ blood.
God also said the same thing as “the one who overcomes” will inherit the spring of the water of life and he will deliver it.
He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son. (Rev.21:6-7)
God’s words means that if someone would be the one who overcomes, God would let him be the olive tree and through him he will give the water of life without cost and cleanse us from sin.

5. Who is the olive tree?

The first olive tree was Elder Park Tae-sun. He was born in 1917, and anointed as olive tree in 1951, and started God’s work in 1955, and distorted God's will so lost his confidence in 1957, and betrayed and stood against God in 1980, and passed away in 1990.
Lee Young-soo is the second olive tree. He was born in 1942, and got to know God through the first olive tree at the age of 16, and went to God’s world with Jesus and met God in 1970, and was taught 3 years by God. He founded Holy Eden Church according to God’s direction to restore the work of olive tree, and is working as the second olive tree. God is giving the water of life through him, and let him make people cleansed them from sin and qualified to stand before God.
